When should you start planning for college? Some people believe that the 8th grade or even before isn’t too early to start getting ready for college. However, if you made your decision to go to college later than that, don’t let that stop you. In this section you will find instructions on what steps to take (and recommendations on when they should be taken) to get where you want to go. Included are suggestions on how to search for a college that meets your specific needs (for example, the courses you want to take, location and size of the college, extracurricular programs such as sports, and cost).
